How many games can I have at once?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

Each membership tier gives you a set number of games you can have at once, no matter which titles you pick: 3 for Starter, 5 for Player, 8 for Collector. Every game counts as one, so there is no math to do. Return one and a spot opens up for another right away. Player and Collector members can also pick from our Premium games; Starter is Standard games only.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

When will I get my games?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

Once you order your games, you will be able to select a delivery date from the next day up to 7 days later. This lets you plan out and get your games way before game night! We strive to deliver by 6pm on your selected delivery date and will contact you if we are unable to meet this timing.

We ask for your first delivery that someone is available to accept the games.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How long can I keep a game?<\/h5><\/div>

Keep a game as long as you want with an active subscription. It simply continues to count as one of your games until you return it, no due dates, no math. Once you send it back, that spot opens up right away.

Can I cancel my subscription?<\/h5><\/div>

You can cancel your subscription by sending an email to\u00a0david@rollandrentboardgame.com<\/a>.

Before processing the cancellation, we will verify that no games are outstanding on your account. If there are, we will ask you to return any outstanding games first.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What if I lose a game piece?<\/h5><\/div>

It is your responsibility to check that all the parts are present when you receive a game and that all parts are returned in the box when returning the game. To assist with this, we have included a Contents List to make it easier for you to inventory the game.

If the missing pieces are not found or the game is damaged in any way, we will charge based on the terms in the rental agreement.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I purchase one of the games?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

For most of our games, this is possible! We do, however, have some out-of-print and Kickstarter games that we would be unable to replace and these are not for sale. If you’d like to buy a game out of your subscription then please send us an email to david@rollandrentboardgame.com<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What if I want to add a new game before returning my last one?<\/h5><\/div>

No problem, you can upgrade to a higher tier any time to open up more room right away, no penalty and no math. Your new slot count applies immediately, and you can drop back down to your regular tier the following month if you like.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you have exclusive or out-of-print games available?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

Our Collector Membership tier provides access to exclusive and out-of-print games not available to other members. It’s designed for enthusiasts seeking unique gaming experiences. Collector members can access these on a password-protected website exclusive to their membership level.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How do I return games?<\/h5><\/div>

Fill out the pickup request form to have your games picked up. Games must be picked up prior to new games being delivered.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How are games added to the library?<\/h5><\/div>

We are constantly looking for games to add to our rental library, from the newest hits to beloved favorites. You can always request a game for consideration by filling out the game request form<\/a>.
