How do the points work?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

Our membership plans come with a points system that allows you to rent games from our library. Each month, you receive a set number of points based on your membership tier. These points can be used to rent games, and any unused points roll over to the next month–however, you can only rent 15 points of games at a time.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

When will I get my games?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

Once you order your games, you will be able to select a delivery date from the next day up to 7 days later. This lets you plan out and get your games way before game night! We strive to deliver by 6pm on your selected delivery date and will contact you if we are unable to meet this timing.

We ask for your first delivery that someone is available to accept the games.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How long can I keep a game?<\/h5><\/div>

Keep a game for as long as you want with an active subscription. If you choose to keep the game for an additional month, the next month’s points will be used towards the games you are keeping when your subscription renews.

Can I cancel my subscription?<\/h5><\/div>

You can cancel your subscription by sending an email to\u00a0david@rollandrentboardgame.com<\/a>.

Before processing the cancellation, we will verify that no games are outstanding on your account. If there are, we will ask you to return any outstanding games first.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What if I lose a game piece?<\/h5><\/div>

It is your responsibility to check that all the parts are present when you receive a game and that all parts are returned in the box when returning the game. To assist with this, we have included a Contents List to make it easier for you to inventory the game.

If the missing pieces are not found or the game is damaged in any way, we will charge based on the terms in the rental agreement.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I purchase one of the games?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

For most of our games, this is possible! We do, however, have some out-of-print and Kickstarter games that we would be unable to replace and these are not for sale. If you\u2019d like to buy a game out of your subscription then please send us an email to david@bakertstreetmystery.com<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What happens to unused points?<\/h5><\/div>

Unused points from your monthly allocation roll over to the next month. For example, if you have 2 unused points in a month, those 2 points will be added to your next month’s allocation, providing you with a higher total for the following month. You can check your points by logging into your account.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you have exclusive or out-of-print games available?<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

Our Hardcore Membership tier provides access to exclusive and out-of-print games not available to other members. It’s designed for enthusiasts seeking unique gaming experiences. Hardcore members can access these on a password-protected website exclusive to their membership level.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How do I return games?<\/h5><\/div>

Fill out the pickup request form to have your games picked up. Games must be picked up prior to new games being delivered.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How are games added to the library?<\/h5><\/div>

We are constantly looking for games to add to our rental library, from the newest hits to beloved favorites. You can always request a game for consideration by filling out the game request form<\/a>.
